  1. Goods are new from direct manufacturer.
  2. Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
  3. We are not responsible for any damage/harm/stains that may be caused by the products listed.
  4. We are NOT responsible for any Lost, Damage of products during the process of normal mail.(Please opt for registered mail additional $2.24)
  5. Upon ordering, please only transfer payment (within 24hours) after you receive the confirmation email. If payment is not received within 24hours, your order will be cancelled.
  6. No payment = No Order; Product order will only be confirm when FULL PAYMENT is received.
  7. We Accept both POSB and UOB bank transfers.
  8. Buying from this site means that you agree to terms 2 to 7.
